Refund Policy

We strive to make every customer happy by taking great pride in our designs and craftsmanship. Each item is custom made to order and unique to itself.

Payment Refunds

All payments, including the $50 initial deposit for team orders, are final and non-refundable, unless products arrive damaged or defective.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, custom orders (including jerseys with names, numbers, or team logos) are non-refundable once production has begun. We will send you our full designs prior to production so you can ensure everything looks right, and we encourage you to carefully review all customization details before providing approval to begin production.

Standard Products

Non-customized items may not be returned.

Delivery Date/Shipping Delays

We understand that custom items often have a delivery deadline, and we will work closely with you to set a timeline in advance so that your jerseys arrive on time. Our team does everything we can to ensure that products arrive as soon as possible. TruJersey guarantees on-time delivery as long as your order is placed at least 21 days before the date you need your custom products. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please take photos of the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Any refund requests and photos can be sent to trujerseyllc@gmail.com. We will review damaged or defective products for refund on a case-by-case basis using the photos you provide. If a product is determined to be defective, we will arrange for a replacement and full refund for the product at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for replacement products due to damage or defects are not the responsibility of the customer.
